01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Jobees.ai and the related websites, apps, free tools, templates and courses provided by Jobees (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company, and “you” includes the company.

02The Services

Jobees offers:

• Jobees Free: free tools such as the quote calculator, quote and invoice templates, and Jobees Academy courses.
• Jobees Pro: the full operating system for field service businesses, including CRM, jobs, scheduling, dispatch, call handling, quotes and invoicing. Pro is provided under a subscription.

We may improve, change or add features over time. If we remove a significant feature you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.

03Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at contact@jobees.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or use the Services to harm, defraud or harass others.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that contains malware.
• Try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or disrupt the Services.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services, except where the law allows it.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Services.

We may suspend access that puts the Services, other users or the public at risk.

05Your data

You own your data. You keep all rights to the information and content you and your team add to Jobees. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide and support the Services for you.

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. In particular, we do not sell your data, and our team accesses it only with your verified permission, for technical support or for services agreed with your company.

06Free tools and templates

Free tools, templates and course content are provided to help you, “as is”. Results such as suggested prices are estimates. You are responsible for checking quotes, invoices, taxes and prices before you send or rely on them.

07Automation and AI features

Some features suggest or draft actions, such as call summaries, bookings, technician suggestions, quotes and invoices. These are designed to be reviewed and confirmed by your team. You are responsible for decisions and for anything you send to your customers.

08Pro subscriptions and payments

Pro plans, prices and billing terms are shown when you subscribe or in your order form. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are due in advance and, unless the law or your order form says otherwise, are not refundable for partial periods. We will give you notice before any price change takes effect for your plan.

09Intellectual property

Jobees, the Jobees.ai name and logo, and the Services, including their software, design and content, belong to Jobees and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Services without obligation to you.

10Integrations and third-party services

The Services can connect to third-party products, such as Google Calendar or payment providers, that you choose to enable. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can switch off an integration at any time.

11Availability and support

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but they may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Support is available by contacting contact@jobees.app or opening a ticket.

12Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Jobees is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you use only free Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14Ending your use

You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if required by law, and we will give notice where reasonable. On closure, you can request an export of your data, and we will then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Jobees is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting each other first.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Services before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
